Correlative Research of Anxiety, Depression and Self-esteem Among Students in Different Study Stages/ZHUANG Ying*, LI Meng-di, TAO Fang-biao, et al. * Department of Preventive Medicine, Bengbu Medical College, Bengbu(233030),Anhui Province, China
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the difference and correlations among students' degree of anxiety, depression and self-esteem in different study stages, and to provide reference for school-based mental health education. Methods The college students, senior and junior high school students in Bengbu were investigated by using SAS, SDS and SES.Results There were extremely remarkable differences among the three groups of students' degree of anxiety, depression and self-esteem(P<0.01); and the difference was remarkable between male and female students(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The degree of self-esteem was positively correlated with that of anxiety and depression, and this correlation increased with the degree of self-esteem.Conclusion The degree of high school students' anxiety and depression is higher than that of college students evidently. The higher degree of students' self-esteem, the higher degree of anxiety. The degree of anxiety is positively correlated with self-esteem obviously. The degree of female students' anxiety, depression and self-esteem is higher than that of male.
近年來,自尊是心理健康的核心,逐漸成為一種共識。國內外學者圍繞自尊水平與心理健康、認知、動機等變量的關系展開了大量研究并得出了基本一致的結論:高自尊者具有更好的適應性。盡管如此,仍有研究者發現,高自尊者相互之間的表現似乎比低自尊者更復雜,他們內部可能也有質的差異。有研究指出,有些高自尊者更容易產生攻擊行為、暴力行為及過度焦慮,而另一些高自尊者卻不這樣[7-10];也有人從感性層面上提出“自尊越高越好嗎”這樣的疑問。隨著自尊研究的不斷深入以及重視自尊教育、提高自尊水平的要求越來越高,有必要對高自尊的異質性問題進行梳理,并指出它對未來研究和教育的重要啟示。自尊不但與學業成績、歸因、人際關系等因素呈高度相關,而且是個體心理健康的核心[11]。自尊除有高低外,還具有異質性差異,即人存在高自尊異質性問題。所謂高自尊異質性(heterogeneity of high self-esteem),是指高自尊(high self-esteem, HSE)的性質不是單一的,而是存在多種類型,如假自尊、防御性自尊、穩定與不穩定高自尊、表面上的高自尊、相倚的高自尊和真正的高自尊等。也有學者從自尊的測量方法角度支持了高自尊異質性的存在[12]。根據目前的自尊測量方法,測得的高自尊分可反映出多種可能性:(1)真正接納自己和感到自己有價值;(2)想給別人一種自己很好的印象,盡管自己并不真正這么認為(和感受);(3)根據社會贊許性回答;(4)含有自我欺騙的成分;(5)防御性地保持一種高自尊的感覺等。因此,同樣高的自尊分數可反映出不同的人格特點和表現風格,簡單地把高分者都劃歸一類顯然是不合適的。

【Abstract 】 Objective:To comparise results of serum cardiac troponin I by Beckman-Coulter Access Immunoassay analyzer and Johnson VITROS-5600 fully automated dry chemistry analyzer,and exploring the differences as well as the linear relationship and correlation between the two.Method:45 serum samples were collected from patients presenting symptoms suggestive of acute myocardial infarction. The concentrations of serum cardiac troponin I were measured with Beckman-Coulter Access Immunoassay analyzer and Johnson VITROS-5600 fully automated dry chemistry analyzer. Data were processed by SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software.Result:Results of serum cardiac troponin I using the two methods showed no significant difference(P>0.05), while analysis shows the significant relation between the two methods (P

Clinical Analysis of the Correlation between Chronic Sinusitis, Nasal Polyps and Bronchial Asthma by 120 Cases

[Abstract] Objective To study the correlation between chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps and bronchial asthma. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps (CRS)treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and treated with nasal endoscopic surgery and divided into CRS group and CRS with polyps group with 60 cases in each according to whether the patients was accompanied by nasal polyps or not by pathological diagnosis after operation, both groups were given CT examination of nasal sinuses and nasal endoscopy , the correlation between chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps and bronchial asthma was analyzed according to the examination and clinical observation results. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of the lesion range of nasal sinus disease with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma in patients, which was not statistically significant (χ2=1.832;P>0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of the lesion range of nasal polyps grading with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma in patients, which was not statistically significant (χ2=2.934;P>0.05), CRS lesion range in patients was significantly positively correlated with pulmonary function (r=0.454,P=0.003).there was no correlation between CRS polyp grading and its pulmonary function (r=0.106,P=0.649). Conclusion Active and effective treatment for nasal polyp of patients with chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps and bronchial asthma and removal of nasal secretions are of great benefit to the improvement of lung function in bronchial asthma patients.
